Forest Friends in Foil

Just a quick post today to share a card I made using the Minc machine over an image printed with toner ink. I used the image Forest Friends, from A Day for Daisies. The sentiment comes from Tim Holtz. I used gold metalic paper on the sides over black cardstock for the card base.

Thanks so much for your visit.

Halloween Card

The optional twist this week over at The Outlawz, Twisted Thursday, is Charmed. Our generous sponsor this month is The Greeting Farm. Do pop over and see some of the wonderful products they have available for your crafting needs.
I purchased a set of Halloween dies from Peachy Cheap, did a light buff of white ink on the sides, and put them on top of a panel using Distress Oxides through a stencil from Hero Arts. I splattered with some Shimmer spray. The little kitty charm was silver, so I sprayed him black with my Copic airbrush.

Think Pink with Paper Smooches

This month is a Pink challenge over at Paper Smooches in recognition of breast cancer awareness.
I made a side fold card using some Bristol paper and Distress Oxides to make the background. The fun die cut is Wavy Pattern. Sentiment and little birds are from Wavy Wishes. Flowers and bumble bee from Garden Greetings. All of these were stamped with Distress Inks then heat embossed with clear powder. The little dots are Carnation Pink Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Thank you for taking the time to drop by, and a special thanks for those who leave comments.
